WALDPORT PLANNING COMMISSION
The Planning Commission considers matters dealing with land use as pertains to the City's Development Code and Oregon State Land Use Laws. The main purpose of the Commission is to review and approve applications for new subdivisions, consider requests for variances from standard development requirements and transportation planning studies and draft amendments to the Development Code. Decisions made by the Planning Commission can be appealed to the City Council. Any Code amendments are always referred to the City Council for consideration.
